1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser to remember information between visits, for example that you are logged in or which language you prefer.

2. Which cookies beLASAI uses

beLASAI only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the service to work. These cookies do not require your consent under Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE (Spanish information society services law) and the guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD):

  • token: identifies your session once you have logged in to the platform. First-party. Expires after 2 hours or when you log out. Accessible only by the server (httpOnly) and only over a secure connection.
  • preferred_lang: remembers the language you have chosen (Spanish, English or Basque). First-party. Expires after one year.

3. What we do not use

We do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies, either inside the private platform or on the public website. We do not load third-party fonts or resources that could track your browsing.

4. Embedded third-party services

  • Demo request: the demo request page embeds the Microsoft Bookings calendar. Microsoft may set its own cookies when you use that calendar, in accordance with its privacy policy. It is only loaded on that page.
  • Video calls: within the platform, video calls take place on the 8x8 service (Jitsi as a Service), which may use technical cookies required for the call while it lasts.

5. How to manage cookies

You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings. If you block the session cookie you will not be able to use the private platform.

6. Changes

If in the future we add cookies that require consent, we will expressly ask for it before setting them and will update this policy.
