Terms of Use of the platform

These terms govern the use of the beLASAI private platform, the Employee Assistance Programme that your company has contracted with BELASAI S.L. to offer you psychological, nutritional and sports support and wellbeing tools.

Your account is created by your company. Use of the platform is voluntary and free of charge for you. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for enabling two-step verification if you wish. Let us know immediately if you suspect that someone has accessed your account.

• beLASAI puts you in touch with qualified professionals for support consultations. It does not replace your doctor or the healthcare system.
• It is not an emergency service. If you are in a situation that puts your life or someone else's life at risk, call 112 or the 024 suicide prevention helpline.
• The scores of the wellbeing questionnaires are indicative only and do not constitute a diagnosis.

You undertake to use the platform solely for the purposes of the programme and to:

• Not share your account or access other people's data.
• Not upload files that are not yours or whose content is illegal, offensive or harmful. Only PDF documents and JPG, PNG and WEBP images of up to 10 MB are accepted.
• Not record, capture or share conversations or video calls.
• Treat the professionals and everyone else with respect.

What you share with the professionals is confidential and is protected by professional secrecy and by our Privacy Policy. Your company has no access to your consultations or your conversations; it only receives aggregated, anonymous information.

BELASAI may suspend access to an account in the event of use contrary to these terms. Your access ends when your company no longer includes you in the programme or when its contract with BELASAI comes to an end. You can request the erasure of your data at any time in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The platform, its design and the contents of the multimedia library are owned by BELASAI S.L. or its licensors and may only be used within the programme. The content you contribute remains yours; you authorise us to process it exclusively in order to provide you with the service.

We may update these terms; we will notify you within the platform whenever a change is significant. These terms are governed by Spanish law.
